INOVA DIGITAL SERVICES SARL takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• Contact / quote form: the name, e-mail, phone and message you provide.
• AI assistant (chatbot): the content of your messages and — if you choose to leave them — your name, phone/WhatsApp and e-mail.
• Technical data: IP address, estimated country, pages viewed, browser type (for security and statistics).

2. Purposes

• Respond to your requests and send you a quote.
• Contact you about a project, at your request.
• Improve our services and the relevance of our assistant.

3. Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent (submitting a form, leaving contact details in the chat) and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by INOVA DIGITAL. To generate the assistant's replies, the conversation content is sent to a technical AI provider, only for the time needed to produce the answer. Hosting is handled by our hosting provider. Some processing may involve a transfer of data outside your country; we ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Retention

Leads and messages are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up, then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

In accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR for EU residents), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@inovacm.com.

7. Cookies

• Functional cookie (inova_sid): links your messages within a single conversation with the assistant. Essential for the chat to work.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics, if enabled): anonymized traffic statistics.

You can configure your browser to block cookies; some features may then be limited.
